Private.Ki Messenger

Private.Ki Messenger is the end-to-end encrypted chat feature built into Private.Ki’s encrypted communication superapp. It offers real-time messaging with a fast, clean, and familiar interface – similar to modern messaging apps – but with privacy at its core. With Private.Ki Messenger, you can securely chat one-on-one or in groups (feature availability may expand) knowing that only you and your intended recipients can read the messages.

Private.Ki Messenger works seamlessly alongside your Private.Ki email. You do not need a phone number or any personal information to use it – your Private.Ki account is all you need to start chatting. All messages sent through the messenger are protected with end-to-end encryption, meaning they are encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the recipient’s device. This ensures that not even Private.Ki’s servers can read your chats. Chats sync across your devices securely, so you can start a conversation on your computer and continue on your phone, all while retaining encryption and privacy.

Remember, in contrast to, for example, Telegram, all chats on Private.Ki Messenger are always fully end-to-end-encrypted. No one besides you (not even we) can read your messages. That's by default, you don't need to activate anything.
