Private.Ki Anti-spam policy

Private.Ki exists for private, person‑to‑person communication. We do not tolerate spam. Using Private.Ki to send unsolicited or abusive messages, to run bulk mailings, or to help others do so is prohibited.

Accounts that send spam or attempt to send spam will be blocked and permanently closed without notice or explanation.

What we consider spam

Spam is any unsolicited or bulk email sent without the recipient’s prior, verifiable consent. This includes mass mailings, cold outreach to purchased or scraped lists, deceptive or misleading messages, affiliate or referral blasts, phishing, malware distribution, and any campaign that tries to hide the sender’s identity or bypass protections.

Private.Ki is not a newsletter or marketing platform; it must not be used to run mailing lists or promotional campaigns of any size.

Automated messages of any kind are prohibited.

How we protect users

Private.Ki uses automatic sending limits, bounce and reputation checks, and server‑level anti‑abuse systems to stop spam before it leaves our network. These controls run continuously and may restrict sending when unusual activity is detected.

We also filter inbound mail for obvious spam and abuse to protect your inbox.

Enforcement

If our systems detect spam or attempted spam, we will place an immediate sending block while we review the activity.

Abuse (for example, phishing, malware, scams, mass emailing, or evasion of limits) will result in permanent termination of the account and related accounts, and you will not be allowed to set up another account at Private.Ki.

Compromised accounts will be restricted to protect recipients while we help the legitimate owner regain control.

We will not reinstate accounts used for intentional abuse of any kind.
