Sent folder
The Sent folder (paper plane icon) is listed among your mail folders on the left side of the Private.Ki Mail interface:
Every email you send is automatically stored in the Sent folder. Messages in Sent appear as threads just like in your Inbox, grouped by conversation.
All emails in your Sent folder are stored securely: they are encrypted with AES encryption so that only you can read them. The recipients receive your message encrypted with their public PGP keys, but your copy remains protected with your own key. Even if you send a plain (non-encrypted) email to an external address, the copy in your Sent folder is always encrypted with AES.
Viewing and managing Sent messages
To view your sent messages, click Sent in the left folder list. The middle pane will display all threads containing emails you’ve sent, with the most recent at the top. Select a message in Sent to see its details in the right-hand preview pane. From there you can read the content you sent, see recipients, and review any attachments.
Sent messages are kept indefinitely in Private.Ki unless you choose to move or delete them. You can organize Sent items just like incoming mail. For example, if you want to clean up your Sent folder, you can archive a sent email (this moves it out of Sent into the Archive folder) or delete it (moves it to Trash) just as you would for any other message.
