How Private.Ki uses Artifical Intelligence (AI)
Private.Ki does not use your emails, chats, attachments, contacts, or account data to train, improve, or run AI systems.
We are a privacy company, and we do not send your private communication data to any internal or external AI provider.
This applies to all Private.Ki services, including email and messenger. Your message content and metadata are not shared with AI tools for analysis, summarization, classification, or automated assistance.
AI summaries in the Help Center
You may have noticed an AI-generated summary on some Help Center pages, for example like this:
This summary is generated by Zendesk and is limited to summarizing the content of the Help Center article itself. (Read more about for what Private.Ki uses Zendesk here.)
It does not summarize your mailbox, your chats, or any Private.Ki user data. It only works on the public documentation that exists inside the Help Center.
