Reporting Abuse
If you see a Private.Ki account being used for spam, distribution of malware, phishing, or other abuse, please let us know. We take abuse seriously and use these reports to protect users and our infrastructure.
Use the abuse report form (recommended)
Requests sent through the form are processed first and monitored more frequently than email. Whenever possible, please use the form rather than email.

Email reports are slower to process and may be reviewed less frequently than submissions via the form. For urgent or time‑sensitive cases, always prefer the Help Center Abuse Report form.
What you can report
You can use this channel to report abuse involving Private.Ki accounts, including for example:
Spam or bulk unsolicited messages
Phishing or attempts to steal passwords or personal data
Malware, malicious links, or file attachments
Impersonation, fraud, or scams
Harassment, threats, or other abusive behavior
Any other misuse of a Private.Ki account or service
What information to include
To investigate effectively, please include as many concrete details as you can. In particular:
The Private.Ki account or email address involved in the alleged abuse
Whether you are the affected user or a third party reporting on someone’s behalf
Date and approximate time of the incident (including time zone if possible)
Copies of suspicious emails or messages (full content), or screenshots if needed
Technical details if available, such as message headers, links, logs or file names
Please do not send passwords or other sensitive personal data in your report. If we need additional information, we will contact you via the email address you provided.
Our Security Team will take appropriate measures to suppress any kind of abuse on Private.Ki.
