Will my Private.Ki account be deleted for inactivity?
No.
Private.Ki does not delete accounts or mailbox data because of inactivity. You can sign out for months or years and return at any time; your mailbox, contacts, settings, and encryption keys remain as you left them.
Incoming mail continues to arrive while you are away. When you sign back in, your messages will be there.
If your account is protected by a passphrase, you will need that passphrase to unlock your encrypted data when you return.
Because Private.Ki uses strong encryption and zero‑access architecture, we cannot recover a forgotten password without a recovery email. To avoid lockout after a long break, add and maintain a recovery email address in your settings.
You are always free to delete your account yourself if you choose. If you do nothing, we will not delete it for inactivity.
